TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR BC.GAME

AGREEMENT TO TERMSBy accessing or using the website, platform, services, features, applications and tools (collectively, the "Service") provided by BlockDance B.V., Small House B.V. and/or its affiliates ("BC.Game" or "we"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Service.
DEFINITIONSIn these Terms, the following definitions apply:(a) "User" means an individual who accesses or uses the Service.(b) "Account" means a unique user account created by User to access and use the Service.(c) "Betting Limit" refers to the maximum amount of money that may be deposited into an Account for betting purposes.
USE OF SERVICE3.1 By accessing or using the Service, User agrees to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.3.2 BC.Game reserves the right, without prior notice, to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Service at its sole discretion.
ACCOUNT CREATION AND SECURITY4.1 To create an Account, User must provide accurate and complete information as requested by BC.Game.4.2 BC.Game may request User to verify their identity before allowing them to access certain features of the Service or make deposits into their Account.4.3 User is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Account login credentials.
DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL TERMS5.1 Deposits made into an Account must be made using a valid payment method accepted by BC.Game.5.2 Withdrawals from an Account may only be made after fulfilling any applicable wagering requirements.5.3 User acknowledges that certain payment methods or services may incur fees or charges, which shall be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
GAMBLING RESPONSIBILITY6.1 BC.Game encourages responsible gambling and recommends that Users set a Betting Limit for their own protection.6.2 BC.Game reserves the right to restrict or suspend an Account if User is suspected of engaging in irresponsible or abusive gaming behavior.
WAGERING REQUIREMENTS AND TERMS7.1 Certain features or promotions offered through the Service may be subject to specific wagering requirements, which shall be disclosed on a case-by-case basis.7.2 BC.Game reserves the right to modify or cancel any wagering requirement at its sole discretion.
PROVABLY FAIR AND GAME RULES8.1 BC.Game uses a provably fair system for generating random numbers and outcomes in certain games.8.2 The rules of each game are available on the Service and User acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to comply with such rules.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS9.1 All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets) related to the Service belong exclusively to BC.Game or its licensors.9.2 User agrees not to infringe on any intellectual property right of BC.Game or its affiliates.
TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT AND SERVICE10.1 BC.Game reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate an Account or restrict access to certain features of the Service for any reason.10.2 Upon termination of an Account, User shall be responsible for withdrawing any remaining balance from their Account before such account is closed.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION11.1 These Terms and all disputes arising out of them or in connection with them (including but not limited to the Service) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao.11.2 Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
CHANGES TO TERMSBC.Game reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
ENTIRE AGREEMENTThese Terms constitute the entire agreement between User and BC.Game regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions between the parties.
AMENDMENTS AND WAIVERSNo amendment to or waiver of these Terms shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by both parties.
GOVERNING LANGUAGEEnglish shall be the governing language of these Terms.
NOTICE AND COMMUNICATIONSBC.Game may send User notices, announcements, updates or other communications through various channels (including but not limited to email, push notifications or postal mail).
USER CONDUCTUser agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those related to online gambling.
DISPUTE RESOLUTIONAny disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
FORCE MAJEUREBC.Game shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, civil unrest or other unforeseen circumstances).
LIMITATION OF LIABILITYBC.Game's liability for damages arising out of or related to these Terms shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
INDEMNIFICATIONUser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BC.Game and its affiliates from any claims, demands, losses, damages, expenses or liabilities arising out of User's breach of these Terms.
SEVERABILITYIf any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms.
SURVIVALThe obligations and covenants contained in these Terms shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms for any reason.
CUMULATIVE EFFECTSThese Terms are cumulative and supplementary to other agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions between BC.Game and User.
BINDING EFFECTThese Terms shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors, assigns and beneficiaries.
NO WAIVERBC.Game's failure or delay in enforcing any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision.

By accessing or using the Service, User acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use.
